What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Buzz Holdings Limited in respect of Premises known as Buzz Bingo, 669 Holderness Road, Kingston Upon Hull, HU8 9AN applied to Kingston upon Hull City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to add the showing of films, live music, performance of dance, other entertainment similar to live, recorded music and performance of dance and to extend the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises Sunday to Thursday 1000 to Midnight and Friday and Saturday 1000 to 0100 the following morning; to add Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0500 the following morning; also to permit all of the above activities to be extended from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day; Recorded Music and Opening Hours to remain as existing. Also to remove Annex 2 conditions to be replaced with more appropriate conditions. Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by, email to Liquor@hullcc.gov.uk or by post to The Licensing Section, Hull City Council, 33 Witham, Kingston Upon Hull, HU9 1DB no later than 27th October 2025 stating the grounds for representation. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
