LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE. 

Notice is given that Malaga Drift Coffee Co LTD has applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for 3 Jack Rosenthal street Manchester M154RA The Licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol to be consumed on and off the premises between hours 8am and 03:00am Monday to Sunday. Live and Recorded music to be played on the premises using amps between the hours of 08:00am and 03:00am Monday - Sunday Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:Manchester City Council Level 1 Town Hall Extension Albert Square PO Box 532 M60 2LA or via email to:premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk 

Representations must be received no later than 27/10/2025 
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
