Application for a Major Variation to a Premises Licence

An application has been made by Heartwood Inns Ltd for a major variation to a premises licence for The Barley Mow, Barley Mow Road, Englefield Green, Egham, TW20 0NX. 
The application provides for an extension to the restaurant area to increase the covers by 40. 

Any person having representations on this application should submit them in writing within 28 days from the display of this notice to The Licensing Manager, Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH or by email to licensing@runnymede. gov.uk. The full application can be viewed at the given address between the hours of 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. 

Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, or at licensing@runnymede gov.uk by no later than the 22nd October 2025. 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited
