NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Stratford on Avon District Council
for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Southam
Bypass, Southam, CV47 1NR. The proposed licensable
activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off
the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and
00:00. Written representations can be made to the Licensing
Authority at Stratford on Avon District Council, Elizabeth
House, Church Street, Stratford on Avon, CV37 6HX

at any time up to and including 30th October 2025. A copy
of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept
by Licensing Authority at the above address. The
application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm
and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
