Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
Pitch 26 Ltd. has applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for: Pitch 26, 3 Church Street, Bath, BA1 1NL.
The application is to allow the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Sunday to Wednesday: 10:00 - 20:00 Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 - 21:00.
A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Office, Bath & North East Somerset Council, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG, during normal office hours or online at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing.
Any person wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Office at the above address, or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk, no later than 22nd October 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
