Notice of application for new premises license. 

We Spirits Social of 42 Burscough street have applied to West Lancashire Borough Council for a section 17 the following has been applied for: Hours of operation 10am to 2:30am and to add the following licensable activities (enter activities).

The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hodge Centre, Stanley Way, Skelmersdale, WN8 8EE, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can be also obtained from the Council's website http://www.westlancs.gov.uk/licensing.

Any 'interested Party' may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application before the (enter date i.e. 28 days from the date you submitted your application to the Council) It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction anyone doing so is liable to a fine of £5,000.
