LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence

I, Gregory Buckley hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of This is GAS Limited, 43 Progress Road, Leigh on Sea SS9 5PR

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried out are the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on the premises during social events held at This Is GAS between the hours of 9am until 23:00 Live music between the hours of 9am until 23:00 Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13) , Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
