What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Saturn Management Entertainment & Leisure Ltd trading as Playa Player, has applied to Burnley Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Playa Player, 1 Bethesda Street, Burnley, BB11 1PR. The application is to permit the following licensable activities: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises). Provision of regulated entertainment (Recorded Music, Live music, Live TV, Film).
Proposed Hours: Monday – Sunday: 11:00 to 03:00 (for all licensable activities).

To be received no later than 23rd October 2025
The register of applications can be inspected at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine being £5,000 on summary conviction.
