NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a Premises Licence has been made by WESTBOURNE LEISURE LIMITED to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as CRADLEY HEATH SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB, 60 UPPER HIGH STREET, CRADLEY HEATH, B64 5HU.
The proposed application is as follows:
Supply of Alcohol Monday – Sunday 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs
Regulated Entertainment Monday - Sunday 10:00hrs to 01:00hrs
Late Night Refreshments Monday – Sunday 23:00hrs to 01:00hrs
A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
