Application For A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited has applied in respect of Taco Bell, 5 Edith Look Way Nacton Road, Ipswich, IP3 9GX for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Late night refreshment 23:00 to 00:00 Sunday through Saturday for customers, collecting or dining in (restaurant); 23:00 to 00:00 the following morning, on Friday, Saturday and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday for drive thru and delivery collection. (No customer access into the restaurant after midnight). Opening hours 09:00 to 00:00 the following morning. Sunday to Thursday: 09:00 to 01:00 the following morning. Friday, Saturday and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday. After 00:00 on Friday Saturday and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday, the premises will operate a drive-thru and delivery collection service only.

This application may be viewed at: Ipswich Borough Council, Grafton House, 15-17 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DE. Dates between which representations may be made to the Licensing Authority: Start Date: 24th September 2025. Closing Date: End of 21st October 2025. Representations must be made in writing to the attention of: The Licensing & Systems Officer, Ipswich Borough Council (the Licensing Authority) at the above address, or by e-mail to: licensing@ipswich.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
