What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

The Vibe Liverpool Community Interest Company have applied for a premises licence at St Paschal Baylon Centre, Chelwood Avenue, Liverpool L16 2LN.

To provide licensable activities - sale of alcohol 1100-0000 hrs, late night refreshment 2300 - 0100 hrs, regulated entertainment with maximum hours of 0800- 0130 hours.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L3 1AH

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority by 20/10/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
