What is proposed?

Sully’s, Unit 1, Spencer House, Market Lane, Gateshead, NE16 3DS

Notice is given that Sullys (NE) Limited has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority to Vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The Variation requested is as follows:

To extend sale of alcohol hours from current hours to:

Monday to Saturday 12:00pm to 23:00pm
Sunday 12:00pm to 22:30pm.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to : Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead, NE8 1HH or licensing@gateshead.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than 14th October 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed by emailing licensing@gateshead.gov.uk or telephoning 01914334741.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made
