PREMISES LICENCE VARIATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a premises licence under the abovementioned legislation has been made by The Coaching Inn Group Ltd to Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk in respect of premises known as King William IV Country Inn & Restaurant, Heacham Road, Sedgeford, Hunstanton, PE36 5LU in respect of premises licence no: WNPL005240. The brief details of the application is to extend the hours for the supply of alcohol on a Sunday, update the plan annexed to the premises licence and remove and add conditions.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Borough Council of
King’s Lynn & West Norfolk, King’s Court, Chapel Street, King’s Lynn, PE30 1EX, by appointment or at www.west-norfolk.gov.uk search for ‘Licence Applications’.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be
made in writing to the Licensing Team, Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk at the above address by midnight 29/10/25.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
