Notice is hereby given that The Revival Pub has applied in respect of the Straight Road, Boxted, CO4 5QN, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Monday – Saturday 11:00 – 23:00, Sunday 14:00 – 2100. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 16th October 2025, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment ONLY between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester City Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
