What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Nine Food Group Limited has applied to vary a premises licence in relation to Pizza Hut Delivery, 3 Chase Cross Road, Romford, RM5 3PJ to permit the following changes to the licence: The applicant seeks to vary the existing premises licence to extend the authorised hours for the provision of late night refreshment. The proposed variation is to permit the sale of hot food and non-alcoholic drinks for home delivery during the extended hours of 23:00-03:00 daily.

The register of the licensing authority is kept at the address below. Full details of the application can be inspected at this address during normal business hours. A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD website www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by 14/10/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
