What is proposed?

Notice of Application for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we, WY DiDi Ltd, have applied to Watford Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises to be known as Wing Yip DiDi, 77-79 High Street, Watford, Herts. WD17 2DJ. The proposed licensable activities are: Retail sales of alcohol Off premises only, Opening hours of 9:00 until 20:00.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX or by Email licensing@watford.gov.uk no later than 21st October 2025 that is 28 days after the date of the valid application, stating the grounds for the representation.

The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Watford Borough Council offices at the address given above during normal business hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
