Feast at the Mills, Eckersley Mill, Swan Meadow Road, Wigan - Application for a Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 25th September 2025 Heaton 2014 Limited applied to Wigan Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Feast at the Mills, Eckersley Mill, Swan Meadow Road, Wigan WN3 5BE. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 10:00 to 23:00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hour of 23:00 and 00:00 3. Provisions of films Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00. Friday to Saturday 10:00 to 00:00. This licence application mirrors the terms of the existing licence (PRL1375). Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov. uk no later than the 24th October 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Wigan Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council’s website www.wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
