NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by XAZ CLICK SOLUTIONS LIMITED in respect of Papa John’s Unit 5, Manor Croft Parade, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 9LP for a new premises licence.
The proposed application is:
•The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 on Sunday to Thursday & Friday, Saturday 23:00 to 3:00.
•To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Team, Borough Offices, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, EN8 9XQ, where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to The Licensing Team at the above address or by email to licensing@broxbourne.gov.uk, no later than 24th Oct 2025 stating the grounds for the representation.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
