TAKE NOTICE that THOMAS McCONAGHY & SONS LIMITED of 81 William Street, Lurgan, County Armagh being the holder of a licence authorising the sale of intoxicating liquor at the premises situated at Ashburn Hotel, 81 William Street, Lurgan, Co. Armagh, BT66 6JB such premises being of a hotel to which an Order of 4th November, 1999 under Article 44 of the said Order applies, intend to apply at the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Craigavon Courthouse on 5th day of November, 2025 at 10.30am for an Order under Article 44A(3) of the said Order directing that on 104 applicable days from 10th January, 2026 (which may be inspected and viewed on a notice displayed at the premises, and also submitted to the Clerk of the Petty Sessions, PSNI and Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon District Council) being days specified in the said Article 44 Order, an additional hour beginning immediately after the end of the period authorised by the said Article 44 Order
No Article 44A Order applies or has applied to the part of the premises to which this application relates in the year prior to 3rd January, 2027.
The licence required for the premises for which the application is made by a Council under Schedule 1 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous, Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 will be produced at the hearing of the application.
