APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I, George Hammond hereby give notice that I have applied for a premises licence in respect of Georgonzola, 23 King Street, Clitheroe, BB7 2EU. The licence is to allow on and off sales of alcohol between the times of 9am-11pm Monday to Sunday.

Any Responsible Authority or Other Person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer (Alcohol & Entertainment), Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe BB7 2RA or by email to
no later than Wednesday 15th October.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
