Application has today been made to the council for the above licence / certificate by

Address of premises / club: The Old Cinema, Commercial Street, Halifax, HX1 1BX
For: The extension of premises licence to 5am.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may made representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 00/00/2025.
Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
