What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMESIS LICENSE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
THE GOURMET DONUT CO and THE CHOCOLATE CART applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 23rd September for a license to use the premises at York Street / Abbey Chambers Kingston Parade Bath BA1 1LY (Bath Christmas market) for the sale of alcohol from Wednesday 26th November - Sunday 14th December. Times of sale of alcohol are as follows: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 11am - 7pm. Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays 11am - 8pm Sundays 11am - 6pm
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at http://www.bathnes. gov.uk/public-registers.

Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
