What is proposed?
I, Matthew Vaughan Delbridge give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Menheniot Fireworks Land South East Of Menheniot, Menheniot, Cornwall, PL14 3QU.
The application is to : One day annual fireworks event Open to the public 16:00 – 22:45
Regulated entertainment 16:00 – 22:30
Sale of alcohol on premises only 16:00 – 22:00
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 22nd October 2025 A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.
