We, MTM Meatsmiths Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied on 26 September 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence New for the premises known as: Smiths of West Meon, High Street, West Meon, Petersfield, Hampshire GU32 1LJ.
The purpose of the application is to provide licensable activities as detailed below:-
Supply of Alcohol*
*For Consumption off the premises
Wednesday to Saturday 0900 to 1800 
Sundays - 1st April to 30 September 0900 to 1300  22nd, 23rd & 24 December Annually 0800 to 1700
No alcohol will be consumed on-site. 
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 24 October 2025; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
