NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Joseph Harb has applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a variation of a Premises Licence as follows:
1.Change of name from ZUFA to JOSA
2.Adding the provision of recorded music to the license from 11:00 - 23:00 hours daily indoors only
3.Changing the opening hours of the business from 12:00 - 00:30 hours daily to Sun to Wed 08:00 - 23:00 hours Thurs to Sat 08:00 - 24:00 hours
For the following premises: ZUFA 1-3 JOEL STREET, NORTHWOOD HILLS, HA61 NU

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, UB8 1UW in writing by 21 OCT 2025
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and any person found guilty of this offence is liable upon conviction to a fine
Copies of representations are sent to the applicant and the original letters are kept on file, which is open to scrutiny by members of the public, press and/or the broadcasting media.
Persons making representations in respect o the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a committee of the Council.
