NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Abdullah Sahil has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises details Mario's Pizza, 133 Salmon Lane, E14 7PG
The proposed variation is: Changes made regarding opening and closing times Monday - Sunday 11:00am - 04:00am. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must given notice in writing to: The Licensing Section, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ or Website: www.towerhamlets.gov.uk Tel: 020 7364 5008 Email: licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than .............. The Application Record and Register may be viewed between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
