Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that The Hideaway Kensington Limited has applied to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises located at 225-227 Kensington High Street, London, W8 6SA.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Supply of Alcohol (on and off the premises): Monday to Sunday from 00:00 until 24:00.
Between the hours of 23:00 to 10:00 the following day the sale of alcohol will be restricted to hotel residents and bona fide guests of hotel residents.
Opening hours of the premises: Monday to Sunday from 00:00 until 24:00.
Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 22 October 2025 and sent to The Licensing Authority, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX or by email to licensing@rbkc.gov.uk
The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the website (www.rbkc.gov.uk).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
