Notice is hereby given that Tawny Stores Ltd has applied to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol on and off the premises at the following times: Monday to Sunday: 10:00 - 22:00

The premises are situated at: 1 Upper Hibbert Lane, Marple, SK6 7JQ.

The Licensing Register and full details of this application can be inspected at the address below during normal office hours: Licensing, Place Directorate, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport SK1 3XE Email: licensing@stockport.gov.uk

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person must be made in writing to the above address no later than 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was submitted.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
