Notice is given that Amerr Ventures Limited has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises details: Smoky Boys, 133 Whitechapel Road, E1 1DT. The licensable activities and timings are:
The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises
The provision of late night refreshments
Monday to Thursday: 1200-0300 hours Friday to Saturday: 1200-0400 hours Sunday: 1200-0300 hours

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
