NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Applicant: Ramaneey Limited.
Premises: Daisy Hill Superstore, 22 Vauxhall Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 4YH.
Notice is hereby given that Ramaneey Limited has applied on the 24th September 2025 to Newcastle City Council for a New Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003.
The application sought is to permit the sale of alcohol (off the premises only) Mon to Sun 09:00 to 21:00, the opening hours of the premises will be Mon to Sun 06:00 to 21:00. Conditions will apply.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH. Representations must be received no later than 22nd October 2025. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
