What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has
applied to Mansfield District Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as
Heron Foods, 38 West Gate, Mansfield, NG18 1RS.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the
sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00
to 20:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 18:00.The opening hours of
the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00
and Sunday 08:00 to 18:00. Anyone who wishes to make
representations regarding this application must give
notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Mansfield
District Council, Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road
South, Mansfield, Notts, NG19 7BH, or by email to

EnvironmentalLicensing@mansfield.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than: 20 October
2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed
during normal office hours at the above address or online
at

www.mansfield.gov.uk.


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
