Public Notice of Application for Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Alison Doak / Padel Sheds Group Ltd has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Padel Sheds, Unit 1 Matrix Court, Sovereign Way, Chester CH1 4QX

The application is to permit the following licensable activities:

Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, seven days a week, from 12:00 noon to 23:00 hours. Opening hours of the premises: seven days a week, from 08:00 to 23:00 hours.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority Cheshire West and Chester Council The Portal Wellington Road Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA Representations must be received no later than 16 October 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
