LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that We Chicken Cabins Limited of 64 Wolsey Road, Northwood, Middlesex. HA6 2EH have applied to Warrington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: KFC of 618 Hawleys Lane, Alban Retail Park, Warrington. WA2 8TW for the following Licensable Activities: The provision of Late-Night refreshments (indoors& outdoors) Monday-Sunday; 23:00-02:00.

A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH no later than 14th October 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
