What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003, Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence 

Lucas Morrison has applied to vary his mime licence at Arlo, 36 - 38 Brentwood Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 3DH.

The application is to amount far a change in the internal layout of the premises as described in the submitted plan, to imamate the rear kernel area into the ambit of the licence, to remove current condition 15, to remove current condition 17 and to amend want condition 12. In all other respects, the licence shall remain the same.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8CH Or Email to licensing@neweestle.gov.uk by midnight on 20th October 2025.

The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or htlps//portalnewcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application ands punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
