Notice is hereby given that Mr Sean James Fields has applied to Amber Valley Borough Council for the Grant of a New Premises Licence in respect of 34 Nottingham Road, Ripley, DE5 3DJ.

The nature of the application is to allow for the Sale of Alcohol, Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 00:00 hours

Late Night Refreshment Monday - Sunday - 23:00 - 00:00 hours and Live & Recorded Music, Monday - Sunday 23:00 - 00:00 hours

Plus Xmas Eve, News Years Eve and Sundays preceding Bank Holiday’s to cease at 01:00

Full details of the application can be viewed at Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3XE between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or online at (www.ambervalley.gov.uk)

Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address or by email licensing@ambervalley.gov.uk no later than 21st October 2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Those that make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
