What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Kathryn Lonsdale has applied for a Premises Licence in respect of 1896 Lounge, 55 Hough Lane, Leyland PR25 2SA to allow:
Opening hours: Sun–Thu 11:00–00:30, Fri–Sat 11:00–01:30. Sale of alcohol (on & off): Sun–Thu 11:00–23:30, Fri–Sat 11:00–00:30. Live & recorded music (indoors): Sun–Thu 11:00–23:30, Fri–Sat 11:00–00:30. Non-standard timings: Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve & Bank Holidays until 02:00.
Any representations must be made in writing to Licensing, South Ribble Borough, Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland PR25 1DH by 17 October 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application (maximum fine £5,000).
