NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE 

SIX PIECES LTD has applied for the VARIATION of a PREMISES LICENCE for The Book, 8 Mill Lane, Liverpool, L12 7JB. For the following licensable activities: 

1. To amend the licensing hours for the sale of alcohol ON and OFF the premises on Friday to Sunday from 10.00 to 01.00. 

2. To amend the provision of regulated entertainment on Friday to Sunday from 10.00 to 01.00. 

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it through liverpool.gov.uk/licensing representations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call back for an appointment to view the application. 

Representation can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

Representations must be received no later than the 20 October 2025. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
