NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Steak Pizza, 1 Main Road, Mountain Ash CF45 4BX
Notice is given that Patlola Dayaker Reddy has applied to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The Licensable activities are: Sale of Alcohol [off sales] Monday to Sunday – 11:00 to 00:00.
Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday – 23:00 to 00:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, Public Health and Protection, Ty Elai, Dinas lsaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy, CF40 1NY.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
