I/We Oyo Entertainments Ltd. Have applied for a Premises Licence for the premises known as: OYO Entertainments, Basement, 558 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH1 4BH. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I/WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 15/09/2025 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The following Licensing Activities have been applied: Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and Sale of Alcohol:

Monday – Thursday: 10:30 – 01:00, Friday – Saturday: 10:30 – 02:00, Sunday: 12:00 – 00:00, Late Night Refreshment Monday – Thursday: 23:00 – 01:00, Friday – Saturday: 23:00 – 02:00, Sunday: 23:00 – 00:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 14/10/2025. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
