APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited has applied in respect of Taco Bell, 113 High Street, Bromley, BR1 1JQ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Late night refreshment from 23:00h to 00:00h Sunday through to Saturday for customers, collecting or dining in (restaurant) and from 23:00h to 01:00h the following morning Friday, Saturday and any Bank Holiday Sunday for delivery collection (No customer access into the restaurant after midnight). Opening hours to be from 09:00h until 00:00h Sunday to Thursday and from 09:00h until 01:00h the following morning Friday, Saturday and any Bank Holiday Sunday. After 00:00h on Friday, Saturday and any Bank Holiday Sunday the premises will operate a delivery collection service only. (No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, London Borough of Bromley, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, and may also be sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk not later than 13th October 2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be in writing. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours; or on the Council’s website: www.bromley.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
