Notice of an Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that We TSP Fulfilment Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: TSP Fulfilment Ltd (TSP4), Unit C Mill Hill, North West Ind Est, Peterlee, Co Durham, SR8 2HR for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Sale of Alcohol 07:00 until 20:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive Off Sales only.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 13th October 2025 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
