NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Premises Vera's, 50 Durham Road, Birtley, DH3 2QH
Notice is given that Veras Birtley Ltd has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Supply of alcohol (on the premises only) 12:00 - 23:00 Monday - Sunday Live Music 12:00 - 22:30 Monday - Sunday Recorded Music 12:00 - 23:00 Monday - Sunday
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH Representations must be received no later than 21 October 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
