LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Blyth Spartans AFC (2000) Social Club Limited has submitted an application for a Premises Licence in accordance with submitted plans, in respect of Croft Park, Plessey Road, Blyth, Northumberland NE24 3JE. The application is to permit the following: (1) Regulated entertainment (Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Plays, Exhibition of Film and Indoor Sporting Events) and Opening Hours 09:00 to 23:30; (2) Supply of alcohol (on/off) 09:00 to 23:00 Every Day; (3) Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 23:30 Every Day; and (4) An additional hour in respect of bona fide pre-arranged functions taking place in the Club House and across the whole ground in respect of home football games. The additional hour will extend all activities and hours within the premises licence. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Northumberland County Council, Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 3JP Or online at: https://www.northumberland. gov.uk/Business/Licences/Alcohol-entertainment.aspx Any objections to this application must be sent in writing by 22nd October 2025 stating grounds of objection to The Chief Executive, Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 3JP or licensing01@northumberland.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
