What is proposed?

KFC, Unit 1, 134 Queens Road, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2FD

Notice is hereby given that we Demipower Limited have applied to Broxtowe Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises. The licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises are as follows:- Provision of late-night refreshment - Indoor/outdoor - Monday-Sunday - 23:00-05:00

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Broxtowe Borough Council, Council Offices, Foster Ave, Beeston, NG9 1AB (www.broxtowe.gov.uk) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 20 October 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
