What is proposed?

The Licensing Act (2003)

We, Mowgli Street Food Limited, hereby give
notice that we have applied for the variation of a
Premises Licence in respect of Mowgli 1-4 Miller
Arcade, Preston, Lancashire PR1 2QY. An
increase in the hours of opening and operation of
the current licensable activity and the addition of
late-night refreshment. The hours of opening and
operation of the premises will be from 10:00 hours
until 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday.
This application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, Lancashire PR1
2RL during normal office hours or at

www.preston.


gov.uk by clicking on Licensing then public register.
Any interested party or Responsible Authority may
make a supportive or unsupportive representation
to the Licensing Authority about this application.
Such representations must be in writing and must
be made no later than 14th October 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
