NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that we, Eirsise Trading Limited having its registered office at 17 Clarendon Road, Belfast, BT1 3BG intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at Laganside Courts, 45 Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL on 14th October 2025 at 10.00am to apply for the transfer to us of a licence at present held by Brendan and Margaret McKee of 6 Hillhead Court, Belfast, BT11 9FP for the premises at 111-129 Springfield Road, Belfast, BT12 7AE being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 namely premises specified in Article: Article 5(1)(b) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 namely premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption off the premises.



A protection order authorising Eirsise Trading Limited of 17 Clarendon Road, Belfast, BT1 3BG to carry on business under the licence was granted on 9th September 2025 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Laganside Courts, 45 Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL for the period of six months from the date of the order.



The following body corporate owns the business carried on under the Licence -

Eirsise Trading Limited being a limited liability company of which the following persons are the directors-

Gavan James Wall and Helen Martina Wall both of 17 Clarendon Road, Belfast, BT1 3BG

And the following are the executive controllers - none



The owner of the premises is Eirsise Trading Limited having its registered office at 17 Clarendon Road, Belfast, BT1 3BG.

The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing of the application.



AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the licensed premises who intends to object to the transfer of the Licence must in accordance with paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 to the Licensing Order of 1996 serve notice of his intention to object upon the applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions not less than one week before the before the time of the Court sitting specified in this Notice.



AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the permissible grounds of objection are such as are specified in Article 22 (6) of the said Order of 1996 namely:-

(a) The procedure relating to the Application set out in Schedule 5 of the said Order of 1996 has not been complied with

(b) That the Applicant is not a fit person to hold a Licence

(c) That the business carried on the premises has been discontinued
