NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: CLYNNOG SERVICE STATION, CLYNNOG-FAWR, CAERNARFON LL54 5PF 

Notice is given that STERLING PETROLEUM Ltd has applied to Gwynedd Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. 

The Licensable activities are: Sale of Alcohol [off sales] Monday to Sunday – 00:00 to 23:59

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Officer, Public Protection Service, Gwynedd Council, Shirehall Street, CAERNARFON, Gwynedd, LL55 1SH. Email: Trwyddedu@gwynedd.llyw.cymru 

Representations must be received no later than 16/10/2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
