PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern:

We: F W S Carter & Sons Limited

Do herby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of Premises Licence

At: Greendale Farm Shop, Sidmouth Road, Near Farringdon, Exeter, EX5 2JU

And known as: Greendale Kitchen/Oscars.

The Application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities: Extend the licensable area to include the seating area outside the front of the shop.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 14/10/2025. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
