NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises:

The Ox Shed Ltd, 5 Ratcliffe Court, Wallingford, OX10 9QF

Notice is given that The Ox Shed Ltd has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:

Allow for the selling of alcohol to take off premise, such as craft beer, gin and wine gift boxes

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 10 October 2025.

The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council’s website at www.southoxon.gov.uk

Date of Notice: 12 September 2025

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
