Notice is hereby given that Bruton Lane Bar Trading Limited has applied to City of Westminster on 23/09/2025 for a new premises licence for 15 Bruton Lane, London, W1J 6JD. The proposed application is to permit the provision of plays, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description and sale by retail of alcohol Monday-Saturday 10:00-02:00 (following day) & Sunday 10:00-00:00 and late night refreshment Monday- Saturday 23:00-02:00 (following day) & Sunday 23:00-00:00 on such conditions and such other times as set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 21/10/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is of an unlimited amount.
